Schmetz 130MET Metallic Needles are a must for sewing with metallic threads. The elongated eye and enlarged groove make this needle immaculate for trouble-free sewing and embroidery with the more fragile metallic threads. It has a double-sized, polished, and Teflon-coated eye to guarantee a smooth flow of the thread. Ever struggled with metallics before and blamed the thread? Most Schmetz Needles include two color-coded bands just below the shank. The top color indicates the type of needle, and the lower color indicates the size. The Schmetz Metallic Needles have a light pink top band. The bottom color bands on these needles will differ per size. Schmetz 130MET Metallic Needles are available as a pack of five needles in a plastic case that slides shut for safe storage. The needle system, needle type, and needle size are printed on the front of the case.
